1. Refunds and Exchanges:

Luminar Aesthetics is committed to providing exceptional services and products to our valued clients. Please note that all purchases made through our website or in person are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We take pride in the quality of our treatments and products, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with your experience. However, in the rare event that you are dissatisfied with our services or products, please contact our customer support team, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.

2. Booking Policy:

a. All appointments for our services must be booked in advance.

b. We recommend booking your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred date and time. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability.

3. No-show Policy:

 In the event that individuals do not show up for their appointments and fail to cancel as per the cancellation policy, their appointments will be voided, and no refunds will be given.

4. Cancellation Policy:

a. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

b. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window will result in a cancellation fee.

c. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to a portion of the service cost. The exact fee will be determined by the specific service and the time allocated for your appointment.

Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in that appointment being voided and a refund will not be issued. If this appointment is part of a package booking the particular session will be voided resulting in one less session from the package booked.

7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:

Luminar Aesthetics reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed about any changes.

8. COVI19:

Luminar adheres to COVID-19 policy whereby if you have any COVID or flu like symptoms, please stay at home to protect the staff and client safety and
well-being. Please ensure that you have fully recovered and no longer have symptoms before you book or continue with your sessions

Due to stock and availabilty the appearance of some of the products may change however please be assured that you are receiving the same vitamins at the same dose.
